Accounts And Security CLPS does not guarantee that the functions of the service provided by the Site are uninterrupted or error-free, that defects are corrected, or that this service or the server that provides it is free of viruses or other harmful components. In the registration process, each user selects a password (“password”) and a login name (“ID name”). You must provide CLPS with accurate, complete and up-to-date account information. If this is not the case, this is a violation of these Terms of Use, which may result in the immediate termination of your account. You cannot: (a) select or use another person`s login name with the intention of imitating you as a person; (b) to use a name subject to the rights of another person without authorization; (c) use a login name that the site considers, at its sole discretion, inappropriate or offensive.

You must notify CLPS of any known or suspected unauthorized use of your account or any known or suspected security breaches, including the unauthorized loss, theft or disclosure of your password. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password. Any fraudulent, abusive or otherwise illegal activity may, at CLPS`s sole discretion, be grounds for termination of your account and you may be reported to the relevant law enforcement agencies. When it comes to using craigslist, you agree not to use or provide software (except for general web browsers) that interoperable craigslist or interacts with them. These are those that can be used for downloading, flags, searches, email or loading and ad articles. CLPS does not sell or lease users` personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without the explicit consent of users. CLPS may disclose personal data to meet legal requirements, enforce our policies, respond to allegations that a message or other content violates the rights of others, or protect the rights, property or safety of individuals. CLPS can also share personal data with: related companies that help detect and prevent potentially illegal activities and provide common services. (Our related companies would only market users who request them). Service providers who help our operations. Websites and third-party publishers, so that ads (or ad content) that are published on CLPS can also be published on a wider range of locations or information vehicles. You agree to receive marketing messages from us unless you tell us that you prefer not to receive such communications.

If you don`t want to receive marketing messages from us, simply indicate your preference by following the instructions provided with the communication. You cannot use our website or communication tools to collect addresses, send spam or violate our terms of use or privacy policies. CLPS can automatically scan messages sent through our communication tools and manually filter them to malicious activities or prohibited content, but CLPS does not store these messages permanently. CLPS Canada reserves the right to delay responses to fraudulent activity or alleged violations of CLPS terms of use and/or to refuse to transmit messages. If you use our tools to send content to a friend, CLPS does not store your friends` addresses permanently or does not use them or reveals them for marketing purposes.
